At the end of last summer, I had the opportunity to take photos of Joseph Chasnoff for the fall issue of UT’s McCombs School of Business magazine. Joseph graduated from UT in 1958 with his business degree & then opened his own custom suit-making store here in Austin.
Home Slice pizza is amazing! I could eat their pizza 3x a day everyday! This shoot was a lot of fun & it was cool to check out all of the design & illustration Ed Temple has made for them over the years.
Domy is one of my favorite bookstores in town & I was really excited to shoot over there. It was tough not to be distracted by all the great books while I was shooting.
Thunderbird Energetica is an Austin based energy bar manufacturer. The energy bars are handmade from local ingredients & taste so good! Most energy bars I’ve tried in the past tasted like cardboard, so it was refreshing to try one that actually tasted good.
For the Winter issue of Austin Home, I shot some pillows by local designers here in Austin. The design on every pillow was very cool & each one had unique details that would definitely spruce up a boring room.

At the end of October, I worked on some portraits for a new company here in Austin called Spacecraft. They offer a web publishing service for a small business to create & customize their own website. Sounds like a really cool idea & all of the dudes over there were awesome to work with.
For the October issue of Austin Monthly I photographed some beauty products that support Breast Cancer Awareness.
At the end of August, I got to visit two sustainable farms (Richardson & Dewberry) close to Austin & shoot for an article in the October issue of Tribeza about each farm providing restaurants in the Austin area with locally raised meat. The pigs were hilarious & reminded me of dogs in the way they behaved.
For the October issue of Tribeza, I shot textile designer Elizabeth Mollen of Stone Textile. Stone Textile is a new home design company that Elizabeth started that will carry all kinds of unique home accessories.
